Welcome to the endodontic specialty practice of Dr. Lloyd Marcum. For scheduling questions please call our office at 805.541.8731 so that we may assist you in finding an appointment time that best fits your needs.
We encourage you to speak with our scheduling coordinators prior to your appointment so that we may discuss any financial or treatment concerns you might have.
We ask that whenever possible, you complete the patient registration form provided on our website prior to your scheduled appointment. You can email back to us or print. If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions please contact us at 805.541.8731. If you are not able for whatever reason to complete your registration form, please arrive at our office at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Lloyd Marcum DDS Inc. is open Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday 9:00am-2:00pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that same day.
